Shared Server Maintenance - Mail10

Server Maintenance for Mail10 has completed and all services have been confirmed to have resumed normal operations. If you are still experiencing website problems please contact support via the link below.

We will be performing an Operating System upgrade on our shared mail server Mail10, Monday morning (12/23/2019) beginning at 1 A.M. Central.

This will be an inplace upgrade so all customer data will be retained. We anticipate this will generate no more than 15-30 minutes of unavailability per server during this process. During this maintenance process, email services hosted on these servers will be temporarily unavailable for short sections of time as the server upgrades are conducted.
