This role will provide prompt and competent customer service while troubleshooting a variety of issues related to websites, ftp, email, databases, etc. Monitor and upkeep server performance and assist customers with account setup and maintenance.
Responsible for providing prompt and competent, first point of contact support to our customers primarily via phone support, live sales chats and through a ticketing system. Remain consistently accessible, available, and responsive to customers by providing the best experience possible. Processing orders and customer follow-ups. Troubleshooting website issues and providing best practices for maintaining websites and server configurations while acting a the front-line to our support team and managers.
This role will cross several areas within the company to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and service for potential, new and established customers. This role will facilitate problem resolution and escalate issues to appropriate personnel within Hostek. You will answer incoming sales inquiries, assist in migration coordination, customer success & satisfaction, and custom solutions coordination. Ultimately, you will help drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Sales, Support and Customer Service teams..
