Update - 4:30AM CST: Maintenance window closed. During a planned maintenance window to restore redundancy to a switch pair following a hardware failure that occurred on September 26th, 2018, an unexpected drop in traffic occurred. Immediately following the unexpected downtime, our Admin team was aware and the hardware vendor was immediately engaged to restore services. We are currently working with our vendor to determine a root cause for the outage and to restore proper redundancy in the switch pair.
We will be performing routine maintenance on portions of our Public facing infrastructure in our St. Louis data center between 8 P.M. and 12 A.M. CDT tonight. Service disruptions are not expected, but if you do experience one please contact support immediatley.
