We are currently investigating intermittent connectivity and performance issues currently exhibiting in POD02-HMH in Saint Louis, MO. An issue is occurred in the compute cluster that has caused a fail-over event to occur to maintain availability and cluster integrity. Mitigations are being implemented, and nominal performance will be established as soon as possible.
Once the cluster's performance is returned to normal and investigations have concluded, we will follow up this status with the root cause for this event.
