UPDATE 10:00AM CST January 8th: Current measures put in place upstream are keeping connectivity consistent. While the root cause is outside of Hostek's datacenter and control, we are working with partners upstream to determine the source and possible destinations of disturbances and to filter out malicious traffic causing slow response times. This status will continue to be updated until a complete resolution can be found.
UPDATE 12:00PM CST January 7th: We are experiencing the same issue today, 01/07/2020, beginning at 11:35 A.M. CST. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available.
We are currently monitoring a situation upstream of Hostek managed infrastructure that is causing intermittend higher than normal latency when accessing services in our St. Louis data center. Service mitigations are in place and functioning, we are monitoring the situation closely, and will update as new information becomes available.
