We will be performing a Major update to the SmarterMail service on Saturday evening (3/7/2020) beginning at 11:45 P.M. Central.
This will be a Major update to the Smartermail service and all customer data will be retained. We anticipate this will generate no more than 30-90 minutes of unavailability intermittently during this process. During this maintenance process, email services hosted on these servers will be temporarily unavailable for short sections of time as the SmarterMail updates are conducted.
