Update: The below issue was an isolated case that has since been resolved. At this time we're still investigating why some instances did not failover as configured. More information will be provided as it becomes available. Your services at this time are fully restored.
On February 1st beginning at approximately 4:20 PM CST, there have been reports of intermittent ping timeouts that are affecting a small number of services.
Our System Administrators are aware of and currently investigating these timeouts and as soon as more information is available we will make an update to our server status page.
