Emergency Maintenance on Shared cPanel Server CPCF1 - 04/19/2021 @ 10:30AM

We are currently troubleshooting and working through an issue on the CPCF1 shared cPanel ColdFusion server which is causing functionality/connection issues for some websites.

An update will be posted here when a resolution is found and functionality is restored.

Our CP29 webserver was attacked via DDoS.  Resolution has been executed but could require additional steps to finalize the change.

Intermittent Isolated Slowness - St. Louis, MO - 2021-03-20

We are currently working to remedy an isolated issue in a single compute cluster causing sporadic slowness for virtual servers. We will update this server status as new developments are made.

Intermittent Service Disruption - St. Louis, MO - 20/01/2021

We are currently monitoring an issue upstream of Hostek managed infrastructure that is causing intermittent service disruption. Measures aimed at mitigating said disruption are in place and filtering out the disturbances as quickly as possible. We are working closely with our upstream partners to limit the disruptions experienced. As more information becomes available, we will update this server status.
