Official Terms of Service (TOS)

Q: I am the webmaster for a few domains. Can I use the unlimited hosting plan to host these domains?
A: No. Domains hosted on the Unlimited hosting plan must be owned by the same owner.

Q: Can I use the unlimited hosting plan to resell web hosting?
A: No. We have Reseller Hosting plans available for Reseller hosting.

Q: Can I use the unlimited hosting plan to host a couple domains for my brother, or my friend?
A: No. Domains hosted on the Unlimited hosting plan must be owned by the same owner. If your brother or friend has a couple domains that are owned by them, they can host their domains on their own Unlimited hosting plan.

Q: Can I store my family photos on my Unlmited Hosting plan?
A: No. The Unlimited Hosting plan is for active site content. Not for storage.

Q: What is the file structure for files related to the add-on domains?
A: For Linux Hosting accounts, the files related to the add-on domains are stored in a separate sub folder within the main domain's file structure. For Windows Hosting accounts, a separate directory structure is created.

Q: Can an add-on domain have a SSL certificate?
A: It depends. For Windows accounts, yes. But you will need to get a static IP add-on for the domain, as a SSL certificate must have a static IP. A static IP add-on is $1/month. Additionally, the SSL certificate can be ordered from us via the billing control panel and we will waive the $25 SSL certificate installation fee. For Linux add-on domains, this is not possible within cPanel. If this is needed for a Linux account, you can order our Basic package and we'll include a Static IP for that account at no additional cost due to the limitation within cPanel.

Q: Will I have unlimited space for storing emails too?
A: No, 1,000 MB will be allotted to email space.

Q: Does "unlimited domains" mean I can register unlimited domains at no cost?
A: No. Domain Registration/Renewal costs are not part of the unlimited package. Domains can be purchased separately within the billing client area. Yes, we really were asked this question.
