ColdFusion 10 Upgrade for NTCPS2-STL

Our NTCPS2-STL ColdFusion server is in the process of being upgraded from ColdFusion 9 to ColdFusion 10. We expect no more than 15-20 minutes downtime while the server is upgraded, and your patience is appreciated during the upgrade process.
