SUPPORT TECH (Full Time) - Web Hosting Related

  • have excellent written and verbal skills
EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING A PLUS:
  • Windows Server 2003, 2008 or 2012
  • Linux Servers (centOS preferred)
  • Experience providing SUPERIOR customer service
  • Experience with PHP, .NET, or ColdFsion would be helpful
POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Providing EXCELLENT customer service at all times
  • Assisting customers via ticketing system, live chat and telephone
  • Resolving a very wide variety of issues related to web sites and email
  • Utilizing the latest in technology from vmWare, Dell and other technologies
  • Assisting customers with account setup and maintenance
Position 1 - SCHEDULE (Friday - Tuesday 5p - 2a)

Position 2 - SCHEDULE (Monday - Friday 10a - 7p)
