SUPPORT TECH - Full Time
THE QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL WILL ...
EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING A PLUS:
- be energetic
- be willing to learn
- have a strong technical aptitude (ie, are you the family computer expert?)
- be excellent at problem solving
- have a real desire to provide the BEST customer service experience to our customers
- have excellent typing skills
- have excellent written and verbal skills
- Windows Server 2008 or 2012
- Linux Servers (centOS preferred)
- Experience providing SUPERIOR customer service
- Experience with PHP, .NET, or ColdFusion would be helpful, but not required
- Experience with inbound phone calls (we are not a call center :))
- Providing EXCELLENT customer service at all times
- Assisting customers via live chat, telephone and ticketing system
- Resolving a very wide variety of issues related to web sites and email
- Utilizing the latest in technology from vmWare, Dell and other technologies
- Assisting customers with account setup and maintenance
Sunday - Thursday 5pm to 2am
