EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING A PLUS:
- Windows Server 2003, 2008 or 2012
- Linux Servers (centOS preferred)
- Experience providing SUPERIOR customer service
- Experience with PHP, .NET, or ColdFsion would be helpful
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Providing EXCELLENT customer service at all times
- Assisting customers via ticketing system, live chat and telephone
- Resolving a very wide variety of issues related to web sites and email
- Utilizing the latest in technology from vmWare, Dell and other technologies
- Assisting customers with account setup and maintenance
Position 1 - SCHEDULE (Friday - Tuesday 5p - 2a)
Position 2 - SCHEDULE (Monday - Friday 10a - 7p)
